  • To serve the long-term preservation of the Mill and the many programs it provides and supports, we invite you to join the Chase’s Mill Legacy Society.

    The Chase’s Mill Legacy Society recognizes donors who make a planned gift to the Mill Hollow Heritage Association/Chase’s Mill through a planned gift of any size. A planned gift is typically made through an estate plan or trust that specifies a bequest to MHHA/Chase’s Mill. In addition to supporting the Mill, planned gifts often offer financial and tax benefits to donors.

    There are many options for planned gifts:

    • Donations of cash or appreciated securities

    • Gifts of real estate of other properties

    • Naming the Mill Hollow Heritage Association as a beneficiary of your Donor Advised Fund, IRA, or other qualified retirement plan

    • Donating proceeds of a life insurance policy

    The Mill Hollow Heritage Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS, and donations to MHHA are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.     Mill Hollow Heritage Association Privacy Policy:

    MHHA will not sell, trade, or share a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. MHHA will only share personal information if a donor has given us specific permission to do so.

  • We look for grant and foundation opportunities to fund our ongoing work, such as capital improvements and continued preservation of the
    Mill.
